Francis Wang is a multipreneur with over a decade of experience building and leading software companies in the renewable energy sector, including a $75M exit (acquisition by GE Vernova) and contributing to a $650M Series B valuation.

Through dual doctoral research and the founder-led thinktank FW.VISION , Francis synthesises Hybrid Intelligence, futures research , and innovation ecosystem design into adoptable intellectual infrastructure. His work cross-pollinates ideas across AI, design futures, sustainability, and entrepreneurship to actualize greater societal resilience .

Current Research and Service

Francis is actively developing the architecture of Hybrid Intelligence and long-term innovation through dual doctoral research:

University of Calgary (DDes): Researching and developing a framework to create globally interconnected, self-reinforcing Innovation Sanctuaries that value long-term benefits to actualize greater societal resilience.

Golden Gate University (DBA): Researching Hybrid Intelligence and Agentic Sovereignty in the post-agentic world. His work addresses how individuals and organisations preserve cognitive agency through knowledge architecture (the Perceptiosphere) and institutional design.
